The IMDDA kicks off its 2016 monthly webinar series with the basics on due diligence. Led by industry veterans Boris Onefater and Daniel Strachman, participants will learn firsthand best practices and strategies for getting the information needed to make informed decisions. This interactive discussion will cover topics including what is due diligence, the value of background checks, performance reviews, strategy reviews, operations reviews and questions that due diligence professionals need to ask to get the right information.
