This Professional Level program focuses on the skills and knowledge the due diligence professional needs to be empowered to understand the transaction, to assess the value of the transaction and to ensure that returns and rewards are greater than the risks and exposure of the transaction.

Classes are each one full day from 9am to 5pm with a 15 min morning break, 30 min for lunch and a 15 min afternoon break.

Each class is highly interactive and consists of instruction, group discussions, presentations from practitioners and case studies.
