Private Equity Operational Due Diligence Professional Level Certificate – NYC

This Professional Level program focuses on the skills and knowledge the institutional investor, fund managers and service providers needs to be empowered with to understand performing due diligence on the non-investment risks associated with private equity funds to develop a comprehensive operational due diligence program.

Classes are each one full day from 8am to 5pm with a 15 min morning break, 45 min for lunch and a 15 min afternoon break.

Each class is highly interactive and consists of instruction, group discussions, presentations from practitioners, case studies and exercises
